I'm Nikki McReynolds, a coach, mentor and award-winning trainer. I work with business leaders who want to lead with more clarity, confidence and presence, and with neurodivergent adults, children and families who want support that genuinely fits the way their brain works.

How I work
I work in three ways.
With leaders, founders and teams: business mentoring, leadership coaching and executive presence training, built on more than 30 years in business up to board level, and on building a children's nursery from scratch to sale.
With neurodivergent adults, children and families: neurodivergent inclusive and ADHD coaching that works with your nervous system rather than against it. Strengths-based, shame-free and adapted to you.
With organisations and schools: leadership, communication and executive presence training, online producing for trainers, neuroinclusion workshops, and coaching and mentoring for schools.

My Story
From the boardroom to building businesses
I've spent more than 30 years in business and marketing, working in brand and product management across many industries and up to board level. Then, in 2014, I took a leap of faith and opened a children's nursery. I built it into an award-winning business and sold it in 2019.
In 2021 I set up NMR Associates to bring everything I'd learned together: coaching, mentoring and training for leaders and business owners who want an honest, experienced voice in their corner.
Coaching, training and neurodivergent inclusion
I'm an award-winning trainer, working with CEOs, leaders and managers at every level, in person and online. I also work as a trainer and coach with C4S Global, delivering executive presence training days and workshops, and as an online producer, running the technical side of virtual training so trainers can focus on their delegates.
I hold the ILM Level 3 in Mentoring and sit as a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor. I was also project lead on the National Mentoring Day initiative founded by Chelsey Baker.
Running a nursery, and later working with parents, I kept meeting the same thing: capable children and adults being measured against systems that were never designed for the way they think and feel. That led me to train as a Neurodivergent Inclusive and ADHD Coach, and to found HushAway®, a sound-based platform that helps children aged 4 to 10, especially those who are neurodivergent, find calm, focus and rest. HushAway® is part of The PeacePath®.
I'm also a professional voice artist, which gives me a particular ear for how people sound when they speak, and a strong belief in the power of a calm, steady voice.
